Ground empty barrels or empty barrels on vehicles are exempt from tare weighing, and one person can operate the machine. After setting the filling amount (kg/L), control is achieved via remote control, automatic timing control, or the start key of the flow control instrument. The handheld filling head is placed into the barrel opening, and filling automatically stops when the set amount is reached. The filling head is then moved to the next barrel for the next filling cycle. Operators can flexibly control the liquid filling amount and filling rhythm. The handheld automatic barrel filling equipment eliminates the need for tare weighing of empty barrels and the weighing and handling of filled barrels, greatly improving filling efficiency and avoiding disputes and losses caused by insufficient or excessive filling due to human factors.
