When the preset quantitative amount is reached, it automatically stops the pump and closes the valve, achieving a quantitative mass measurement accuracy of 0.2%. Operation process of the mobile automatic liquid filling equipment for 200kg drums (example: 200kg/drum, 50 drums to be filled):

1. Insert the filling head into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 50 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops when 200kg is reached).

3. Insert the filling head into another empty drum and press Start again. After 50 drums are filled, the results are automatically printed.

4. Print format: 200--------- (net weight per drum) 50--------- (number of drums filled) 10000--------- (total net weight filled this time).
