Automated liquid chemical filling and metering equipment for tank trucks

Advantages of automated chemical liquid filling tank truck metering equipment:

1. The equipment performs real-time temperature tracking and density compensation during the metering process, ensuring measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in medium temperature.

5. The built-in miniature Epson wheel printer automatically prints after each batch: single barrel weight, number of barrels filled, total weight, and filling date and time. (Explosion-proof control instruments do not include a printer.)

6. Daily cumulative and total cumulative data can be printed and reviewed.

7. The combined filling head is equipped with a pressure-controlled check valve that opens automatically when the pump starts and closes after the pump stops, ensuring pipelines remain full.

8. High-precision flow meters ensure measurement accuracy better than 0.2%.

9. Labor-saving: only two personnel are needed for filling operations, or just one when using remote start.

Operation process: Example for loading 30,000 kilograms

Keyboard operation: 30000 → Quantitative → Start (The control pump starts and automatically opens corresponding valves. Metering begins and automatically stops upon reaching 30,000 kg, followed by valve closure.)
