Blue film, also known as super blue film, is a solar spectrum selective absorption coating deposited on relevant metal surfaces to collect solar energy. It belongs to a new generation of solar energy utilization technology. It has an extremely high absorption rate for solar radiation and a very low self-emissivity, effectively improving solar photothermal conversion efficiency.
(2) Product Features
1. Traditional enamel pressure-bearing inner tank, made of Baosteel's special acid-washed hot plate for water heaters, one-time stretching, no welds, high strength, good pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance.
2. Patented sandwich heat exchange structure (Patent No.: ZL2010 2 0145956.8), with high heat exchange efficiency.
3. Full copper heat absorption plate core, using the internationally leading high-selectivity absorption coating—"Super Blue Film," with an absorption rate a=0.97. Even after 25 years of use, the "Super Blue Film" coating absorber in the solar heat absorption plate can still maintain 95% of its initial performance.
4. Uses marine-grade aluminum shell to ensure long-term outdoor use. Ultra-thick fiber insulation layer and other materials effectively reduce heat loss.
(3) Operating Principle
The heat-absorbing film layer inside the flat plate collector converts the absorbed solar radiation into thermal energy, continuously raising the temperature of the working fluid in the collector's heat exchange tubes. Utilizing the principle that hot fluid has low density and cold fluid has high density, a natural circulation is formed between the collector and the water tank through the circulation pipeline, with cold water moving top-down and hot water moving bottom-up. Through this circulation, the water in the tank gradually heats up. Since the working fluid in the flat plate collector is an anti-freeze liquid, it can remain unfrozen at temperatures as low as -40 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it can operate normally year-round even in extremely cold regions.
