【Cabinet Structure】

1. Made of high-quality structural steel plates with high-load-bearing steel shelves. The base is equipped with high-quality universal casters, excellent sealing (silicone sealing strips), and the door viewing window uses 5mm tempered glass;

11. Dehumidification and humidification core requirements: High-efficiency dehumidification core, core casing made of PPS + Class A flame-retardant material, moisture resistance up to 300°C or higher, avoiding risks of core melting due to sudden high current. Solid polymer electrolyte membrane for moisture absorption must be imported (no replacement needed for 8 years), directly electrolyzes and continuously removes moisture from the air, discharging it externally in gaseous form, reusable and recyclable. The core must have fast dehumidification, ultra-quiet operation, low power consumption, no consumables, etc. Key components of the dehumidification core must come from internationally renowned companies.
12. Fault indication requirements: High-brightness LCD display of temperature and humidity, 24/7 monitoring of the dehumidification core’s operation. Set desired humidity via surface buttons on the LCD display, simple and easy to operate. Temperature display range: 1-99°C, humidity display range: 1-99%RH. The LCD panel has fault indication function; through programmed settings, the working status of the dehumidification core can be clearly understood. If a fault occurs, the faulty part can be quickly identified for prompt repair.   

13. Power-off protection requirements: After power failure, the system uses "chemical moisture absorption compensation" to absorb moisture, ensuring humidity rise inside the cabinet is less than 10%RH within 24 hours. After power resumes, humidity settings do not need resetting; the system has memory function.

【Dehumidification Principle】

When the drawer-type high-efficiency intelligent water-free constant humidity preservation cabinet or movable water-free constant humidity preservation cabinet is powered on, the dehumidification core regenerates, the inner door closes, and the outer door opens to allow drying material regeneration and moisture discharge, evaporating water vapor outside the cabinet. After regeneration, the outer door closes, and the inner door opens for internal dehumidification, adsorbing moisture inside the cabinet to reduce humidity. The regeneration and dehumidification steps cycle under the control panel’s management, effectively regulating internal humidity.
