Runout Checker

Runout testers and runout inspection instruments are primarily used for measuring radial and face runout of shaft and disc components. Gear runout inspection instruments are used to check the radial and face runout of cylindrical and conical external gear teeth, as well as worm gears and worms, with precision levels of grade 6 and below.

Runout testers and runout inspection instruments are equipped with a pair of high-precision Morse No. 4 carbide centers, offering excellent rigidity, high precision, and stability. They provide convenient and accurate measurement, with measurement lengths of 300mm, 500mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm. The maximum measurable component diameter is 500mm, and the maximum length is 2000mm. Custom specifications are available upon request.
