I. Overview:
This product is a pyrolysis particle measurement electrical fire monitoring detector. The pyrolysis particle detector is primarily used to monitor changes in pyrolysis particles within the protected area. Its working principle is as follows: materials such as cables and plastics decompose under heat to release particles and gases. These particles are the smallest material components that can exist in a free state. Regardless of the cause, electrical fires in their early stages manifest as object heating, particle release, gas emission, and odor generation. The main heat sources in electrical cabinets during electrical faults are cables, load switches, and protectors. The particles decomposed by heat in electrical cabinets are mainly salt particles and gas molecules. The HSJ-RJ2602 pyrolysis particle measurement electrical fire monitoring detector can monitor particles (with diameters ranging from 1nm to 10nm) and gases produced by the overheating decomposition of electrical equipment such as PVC-insulated cables, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), epoxy fiberglass laminated boards, various types of batteries, circuit breakers, and load switches. It provides real-time alerts before visible smoke is generated, detects insulator heating, and enables ultra-early monitoring of electrical fires to prevent hazards before they occur.
II. Technical Features:
The pyrolysis particle measurement electrical fire monitoring detector can be used independently or connected to an upper computer via a switch output port or RS port. When alarm conditions are met, it triggers audible and visual alarms and feeds the detection results back to the upper computer. This product can communicate in real-time with the upper computer via RS, transmitting monitored pyrolysis particle data. The detector integrates three sensing technologies and accurately monitors seven types of parameters. Through a dynamic weighting algorithm for multiple parameters, it effectively avoids false alarms caused by various interference factors.
