3. Construction Process
(1) Construction Preparation
- Material Inspection
- Check factory certificate, hardness test report (wedge HRC58-62, anchor plate HRC25-30).
- Re-test steel strands for tensile strength and elongation (e.g., 1860MPa grade, elongation ≥3.5%).
- Tool Preparation
- Tensioning equipment (jacks, oil pumps), extrusion machines, cutters, hoists, etc.
(2) Installation Steps
- Embedded Duct Positioning
- Install metal bellows according to design coordinates, deviation ≤5mm, seal joints with tape to prevent grout leakage.
- Strand Threading and Anchor Installation
- After threading steel strands, install anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcement, anchor plate, and wedges in sequence (wedges must be evenly tightened).
- Tensioning Construction
- Adopt the dual-control method (stress + elongation value):
- Initial stress (10%σcon) → Measure initial elongation → Stepwise tensioning to 103%σcon (hold for 5min) → Anchor.
- Elongation error controlled within ±6%.
