Working Principle:

The FJRn series biomass hot air furnace (vertical reinforced concrete structure) is specifically developed to meet the market demand for energy conservation and emission reduction, burning biomass fuels such as crop straw, rice husk, bark, and wood chips. The hot air furnace features easy ignition, rapid heating, complete combustion, high burnout rate, stable heat supply, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.

Thermal Control System:

The dedicated thermal monitoring system for the biomass fuel series hot air furnace ensures normal operation by controlling the furnace temperature, exhaust gas temperature, and tail gas temperature within a certain range, achieving stable heat supply for the system. For different process scenarios, the measurement and control parameters vary. According to the needs of the DCS system, communication channels with the upper computer are designed, with PLC outputting the required analog 4-20mA signals, switch status signals, and receiving switch operation signals from the PLC. The PLC then exchanges information with the upper computer via its bus.
