Skid system

Skid conveyors are used in the welding and painting processes of the automotive industry. Based on product weight, they can be categorized into light, medium, and heavy-duty skids. Light-duty skids are used for transporting items such as car bumpers and small components, while medium and heavy-duty skids are suitable for transporting large items like cabs, vehicle bodies, frames, and bus bodies. The system includes roller beds, skid bodies, transfer cars, rotary transfer cars, lift roller beds, rotary roller beds, elevators, depalletizers, stackers, single and double chain conveyors, with operating speeds ranging from 0 to 40 m/min, enabling rapid material transportation.
