R&D Background:
With the rapid development of fiber optic transmission networks, the number of optical cable distribution cabinets and public security monitoring cabinets has been increasing. Effectively and scientifically managing these cabinets while enhancing their security has always been a challenge for operators. To address this, Hongtai Electronics developed the JGS5 Public Security Cabinet Lock.
The JGS5 integrates electronic control and mechanical unlocking into one system, improving the practicality of cabinet locks while reducing after-sales costs for operators.

Force Application:
As shown in the dimensions, the relationship between pressure a applied on the斜舌 (oblique latch) and the pulling force b required by the drawbar is detailed in the table below;
The maximum force the bolt can withstand in the direction of pressure a is 800N; the maximum retraction force of the bolt is 35N;
Service Life: Under a load of 30N on the bolt, the electronic control lifespan is 100,000 cycles, and the mechanical key unlocking lifespan is 10,000 cycles.
