Sodium Gluconate

Purpose:

1. Used in the pharmaceutical field to regulate the acid-base balance in the human body and restore normal nerve function. For the same purpose, it is also used as a food additive;

Used as a water stabilizer, its excellent performance is reflected in:

⑴ It has a significant synergistic effect and is suitable for various formulations such as molybdenum, silicon, phosphorus, tungsten, and nitrite. Due to the synergistic effect, the corrosion inhibition performance is greatly enhanced;

⑵ Unlike general corrosion inhibitors, the corrosion inhibition rate increases with rising temperature;

⑶ The technical requirements for scale inhibition involve strong complexation capabilities for calcium, magnesium, and iron salts, particularly exhibiting excellent chelation for Fe³⁺;

Steel surface cleaning agent: When steel surfaces require plating such as zinc, chromium, tin, or nickel for special purposes, the surface of the steel billet must undergo rigorous cleaning to ensure strong adhesion between the plating material and the steel surface. Adding sodium gluconate to the cleaning agent will achieve ideal results;

Pipelines; Poor removal of stains from bottle labels and neck rust; Minor residues after washing are not ideal for food safety (e.g., phosphate residues); Discharge of washing water becomes a public hazard;
