FEP Gas Sampling Bag

FEP gas sampling bags are made of fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) film with a thickness of 0.1mm. This product offers excellent chemical resistance, dissolution resistance, and contamination resistance, and can withstand strong acids and alkalis. At room temperature, it remains unaffected by conventional solvents.

FEP sampling bags can be used to collect carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), benzene, radon, and mercaptans, hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvent gases. They are suitable for short-term storage of low-concentration (ppm, ppb level) corrosive gases and chemically active gases (with pre-saturation treatment). They are also used for the collection of photosensitive compounds and halogenated volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

The valve is made of high-strength polymer plastic material (ABS), which is resistant to deformation and highly corrosion-resistant. The outer diameter of the valve is 4.5mm.

High light transmittance, effective against ultraviolet and other rays, except far-infrared.

Resistant to high-intensity impact, abrasion, and tearing.

Excellent anti-adhesion and low friction properties.

Easy to clean and reusable, with no significant impact on the basic composition and performance of the membrane material.

Resistance to dissolution and contamination, capable of withstanding strong acids and alkalis (except molten alkali metals, fluorine gas, and halogenated compounds under high temperature and pressure). Low permeability to liquids, gases, moisture, and organic vapors. The operating temperature range for FEP sampling bags is -240°C to 205°C.
