Magnetic Levitation Electronic Dual-Color Level Gauge

The UHC-S magnetic levitation electronic bicolor level gauge is a new product developed by our company based on over twenty years of experience in manufacturing bicolor level gauges and the advantages of domestic and international bicolor level gauges. It is primarily suitable for petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, boiler, and other industries, particularly excelling in applications with large center distances, strong corrosion, and toxic or hazardous media. This level gauge not only provides on-site direct level display but can also be equipped with level limit alarms and remote transmission for long-distance level alarm control and monitoring. The display is clear, vibrant, with a wide viewing angle and long visible distance, distinctly showing red for vapor and green for liquid. 

Working Principle: 

The level gauge is connected to the container through upper and lower flanges. A magnetic float is installed in the main conduit, with the magnet inside the float at the same height as the liquid level in the container. The magnet-sensitive components and LED bicolor light tubes in the level display box are arranged in an orderly manner. When the magnet-sensitive components corresponding to the magnetic field are activated, they trigger the corresponding digital circuit: fully red when dry, fully green when full; red indicates the vapor phase, green indicates the liquid phase, and the red-green interface represents the actual liquid level in the container, making it clear at a glance.
