Fixed rotation soot blower

The HX-GX fixed rotary soot blower is primarily used for package boilers, marine boilers, waste heat boilers, and oil-fired boilers; it is also employed to remove ash deposits and slagging from heating surfaces in low-temperature zones of large boilers (such as reheaters, economizers, tubular air preheaters, flue gas recirculation, and dust removal areas).

※ Sweeping range is determined by changes in the cam curvature
※ Blowing medium: Superheated steam, Compressed air
※ Blowing pressure can be adjusted by changing the position of the pressure regulating disc
※ Unique flexible valve seat design ensures sealing effectiveness is not affected by temperature variations
※ The internal support plate prevents gun barrel bending
※ The gun barrel is connected to the main body coupling sleeve, ensuring smooth movement of the barrel
※ The floating packing seat ensures a good seal between the soot blower and the boiler, preventing flue gas leakage
