Electrical Contact Water Level Gauge

The FDZ-XX series electric contact water level gauge is mainly used for monitoring the water level in various boilers and steam drums. It simulates the water level using red and green dual-color LED lights (with digital display) and features audible and visual alarms for high and low warning water levels. Structural Principle

This water level gauge measuring cylinder is primarily composed of a sampling cylinder and ultra-pure ceramic electrodes, used in conjunction with the display instrument (FDZ electric contact liquid level display).

Working Principle

The water level gauge measuring cylinder uses the boiler steam drum water level as a signal. By leveraging the difference in impedance of ultra-pure ceramic electrodes in water and steam, it outputs an electrical signal through an electronic circuit. The FDZ electric contact liquid level display shows the water level via LED simulation and digital display, enabling remote water level monitoring. It also features audible and visual alarms for high and low warning water levels, as well as alarm outputs for extreme water levels.

Usage Instructions

● The electric contact water level gauge must be installed vertically relative to the horizontal plane.

● During operation, the measuring cylinder should be regularly flushed and drained, once per shift, to maintain clean water quality and prevent electrode contamination that could cause display errors.
