Purpose

This equipment is suitable for processes such as atmospheric pressure, pressurized, water decoction, warm immersion, thermal reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction, and organic solvent recovery in industries including pharmaceuticals, biology, beverages, food, and chemicals, particularly for plant and animal materials. It is especially effective for dynamic extraction or multi-tank countercurrent extraction, offering shorter processing time and higher medicinal liquid concentration.

The tank is equipped with a CIP cleaning automatic rotating spray ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof sight glass lamp, sight glass, quick-open feeding port, etc., ensuring easy operation and compliance with GMP standards.

The inner cylinder material is imported 304 or 316L, insulated with aluminum silicate.
