Qingdao Jinnuo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and officially established in 2001, with its headquarters located in Qingdao. It has 11 wholly-owned subsidiaries in Qingdao, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jinan, Shenyang, Ningbo, Wuhan, Yantai, and other cities. The company operates three major exhibition systems: equipment manufacturing exhibitions, livelihood exhibitions, and international exhibition organizing.

Qingdao Jinnuo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. has cumulatively hosted over 160 equipment manufacturing exhibitions (and expos). The exhibition content covers multiple industries, including CNC machine tools and functional components, high-end equipment and industrial robots, industrial automation and power transmission, food machinery and packaging machinery, heating and refrigeration, welding and casting, environmental protection and water treatment, as well as rubber and plastics, shipbuilding, metal processing, home and leisure, and automotive aftermarket services. The cumulative exhibition area has reached 3 million square meters, with 28,765 participating companies, including 8,340 overseas companies and foreign-invested enterprises in China. The "China (Qingdao) International Rubber Tire Exhibition" is now one of the top five professional tire exhibitions in Asia. In 2015, Jinnuo International Exhibition officially became a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and obtained authoritative certification for exhibitions such as the "Qingdao International Machine Tool Exhibition," "Ningbo Mold Capital Expo," "Jinan International Furniture Exhibition," "Jinan International Gas and HVAC Exhibition," and "Jinan International Water Treatment Exhibition." Qingdao Jinnuo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. consecutively organized the "Qingdao International Wine and Spirits Expo" sponsored by the Qingdao Municipal People's Government in 2018 and 2019.
