3D Welding Platform

Three-dimensional platforms are three-dimensional hole-system combined flexible welding process equipment.

Three-dimensional: Represents three directions. Generally, fixtures have longitudinal and transverse directions but lack the vertical direction. The large surface of the platform has two directions, and the four sides can be used for vertical installation, achieving three-dimensional combination.

Hole system: The main feature of this fixture is that both the platform and accessories have standard holes instead of traditional threads or T-slots. Combined with locking pins, assembly becomes more convenient and positioning is accurate.

Combination: Since all accessories are pre-fabricated, they can be arbitrarily combined and adjusted according to product requirements.

Flexibility: Due to the above functions, the entire equipment can adapt to changes in products. One set of fixtures can meet the needs of several or even dozens of products, thereby accelerating the product development and trial production process, saving a significant amount of manpower, material resources, and financial resources (environmentally friendly and low-carbon products).

Welding: This product is a universal fixture specifically designed for the manufacturing of welded products; it is convenient, flexible, and accurate for welding, offering many advantages over traditional welding methods.

Three-dimensional steel platform dimensions: (Material Q345, also known as 16Mn)

Three-dimensional casting platform dimensions: (Cast iron HT300)

The side height of all three-dimensional platforms is 200mm.

Two-dimensional platform dimensions:

1000x1000/2000x1000/2400x1200/1200x1200/1500x1500/3000x1500

Hole dimensions:

φ28 series platform: Hole tolerance is grade d10, and the matching locking pins for the platform are grade h7. The center-to-center distance between adjacent holes is 100±0.05mm.

φ16 series platform: Hole tolerance is grade d10, and the matching locking pins for the platform are grade h7. The center-to-center distance between adjacent holes is 50±0.05mm.
