H94 Flame-Retardant, Conductive, Temperature-Resistant, Anti-Corrosion Coating
H94 coating is a novel anti-corrosion coating for the inner walls of oil tanks and gas tanks, integrating flame retardancy, conductivity, temperature resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, and resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and other media. This coating features innovative material selection, rational design, and an advanced formulation, successfully resolving the conflicts between flame retardancy and conductivity, flame retardancy and corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and temperature resistance, conductivity and corrosion resistance, and conductivity and temperature resistance. It represents a significant breakthrough in anti-corrosion technology for petroleum storage tanks. It is suitable for the anti-corrosion of storage tanks, oil and gas pipelines, and various chemical equipment handling high-temperature (80°C) crude oil, sewage, seawater, industrial water, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel, gas, etc. It can also be used for protecting concrete equipment.

3. Mixing Ratio and Packaging
The mixing ratio of each component of this coating is determined through research and extensive comparative testing to select the appropriate proportion. For convenience, the product is packaged in matching ratios when shipped.
H94 Primer (Dark Red) | H94 Topcoat (Light Gray) | |
Part A (Iron Drum) | 20 | 20 |
Part B (Plastic Drum) | 1.1 | 1.1 |
Heat-Resistant Material (Bagged) | 1.6 | 1.6 |
4. Application Method
1) Surface Preparation
To enhance the anti-corrosion effect of the coating, thoroughly remove old paint films, rust, oil, scale, etc., from the surface before painting.
2) Specific Requirements:
(1) For rust removal by shot blasting or sandblasting, the quality should meet Sa2.5 grade (GB 8923-88).
(2) For manual rust removal, the quality should meet St3 grade (GB 8923-88).
(3) Before painting, remove oil, dust, and other impurities from the surface. The cleaned steel plate should be painted promptly to prevent re-rusting.
3) Paint Mixing
(1) If the paint has been stored for a long time, sedimentation may occur. Stir thoroughly before use.
(2) For high-temperature (80°C) storage tanks: After opening and stirring, pour Part B (small drum) into Part A (large drum), mix evenly, then add one bag of heat-resistant material (may be omitted for the first primer coat and fourth topcoat), and stir thoroughly before use.
(3) For常温 storage tanks: After opening and stirring, pour Part B (small drum) into Part A (large drum) and mix evenly before use.
(4) For small quantities, mix according to the ratio of Part A and Part B.
4) Painting
(1) Application can be done by brushing, rolling, or spraying. Ensure an even coat thickness without misses or sagging, and achieve the specified thickness. Under常温 conditions, each coat can be applied every 4 hours.
(2) Coating procedure: (Divided into high-temperature and常温)

5. Precautions:
The coating contains organic solvents. Ensure strong ventilation at the construction site, strictly prohibit open flames, and use explosion-proof lights for illumination.
Store the coating in a cool, ventilated, and dry place.
Take protective measures during operation, and avoid prolonged working hours.
