Dispatch System Functions

1)  Voice Dispatch Function

  Individual Call Function:A call method where one terminal calls another terminal. This includes four call types: user-to-user, user-to-dispatch console, dispatch console-to-user, and dispatch console-to-dispatch console. Typically refers to dispatch console-to-user and dispatch console-to-dispatch console calls. The operation method uses direct clicking of a single call key, i.e., one-key direct access.

  Forced Insertion: HDS-1000 dispatch system's forced insertion function is implemented based on the priority level of user terminals. Higher-level users can interrupt lower-level users. Generally, the dispatch console has a higher priority than ordinary user terminals. When the dispatch console calls a user who is already in a call, the other party in the call is disconnected and hears a busy tone, while the dispatch console communicates with the user.

  Group Call:A call method where one terminal simultaneously calls two or more terminals. Group calls are initiated by the dispatch console using a one-key direct access method. The dispatcher presses a group call key to simultaneously call all users in a predefined user group. After users pick up, the dispatch console and all users are in a two-way conference.

  Broadcast Call:Broadcast is a special type of conference. It is initiated by the dispatch console using a one-key direct access method. The dispatcher presses a broadcast key to simultaneously call all users in a predefined user group. After users pick up, the dispatch console and all users are in a broadcast conference, meaning there is a two-way communication link between the dispatch console and users, but no communication link between subordinate users.

  Broadcast:Broadcast is a special type of conference. It is initiated by the dispatch console using a one-key direct access method. The dispatcher presses a broadcast key to simultaneously call all users in a predefined user group. After users pick up, the dispatch console and all users are in a broadcast conference, meaning all users can only hear the dispatch console's voice, and the dispatch console cannot hear the users' voices.

  General Call:Normal calls initiated by user terminals are general calls. User terminals can use hotline mode, delayed hotline mode, abbreviated dialing mode, or dialing mode to call the corresponding dispatch console or user terminal.

  Emergency Call: Ordinary user terminals can also initiate emergency calls. Before dialing, press the "##" key, then dial the dispatch console's number to initiate an emergency call. The dispatch console will display different sounds and colors to indicate that this is an emergency call; the dispatch console can directly click the "Emergency Call" key to initiate an emergency call.

  Emergency Phone: HDS-1000 system can set up dedicated emergency phones, which are generally not allowed for use. In case of emergencies, emergency phones can be used. Emergency phones directly pick up, usually using hotline mode to connect to the corresponding dispatch console. When an emergency phone call comes in, the dispatch console will indicate "Emergency Phone" and automatically connect without requiring the dispatcher to answer.

  :To facilitate the classification of users on the interface, theHDS-DDT500 dispatch console interface supports the import function, allowing users to be classified according to the requirements of the actual management system.

  Call Hold, Call Recall:When the dispatch console is on a call with User 1, if User 2 calls in, the dispatch console clicks User 2's incoming call button, and User 1 is automatically put on hold. At this time, the dispatch console talks with User 2, and User 1 hears hold music. After the call with User 2 ends, the dispatch console manually clicks the held User 1 button to resume the call with User 1.

  Call Transfer:Transfer method: When the dispatch console is on a call with User 1, use the dial pad on the dispatch console to dial the number to be transferred to, then click the transfer button to complete the transfer.

  Call Forwarding: Call forwarding on busy, unconditional call forwarding, call forwarding on no answer.

  Caller ID:When a user calls the dispatch console, the dispatch console displays a call queue showing the user's name and number. The dispatch console can choose to answer any call in the queue. If no selection is made, the system defaults to the first call in the queue. The dispatch console has multiple answering methods: automatic answer (the dispatch console automatically answers the first call in the queue without any operation), off-hook answer (directly picking up the handset to answer the first call in the queue; selecting a call in the queue and then picking up the handset answers the selected call), button answer (directly clicking the "Answer" button to answer the first call in the queue; selecting a call in the queue and then clicking the "Answer" button answers the selected call).

  Dual Channel Call:The dispatch console has two handsets or one handset and one microphone. Two channels can simultaneously communicate with two users without interference.

  Automatic Redial: When the dispatcher initiates a call and the other party hangs up, the system will automatically redial, meaning the user terminal will automatically ring until it is picked up.

2)  Conference Function

  Multiple Conference Modes:The dispatch console can host two-way conferences, broadcast-style conferences, and broadcast conferences, all using one-key direct access.

  Temporary Conference:Temporary conferences can be held using the dispatch console. The user clicks the "Conference" key, then sequentially clicks the buttons corresponding to the users who need to join the conference. After users answer, they are in a conference with the dispatcher.

  Automatic Redial:

When the dispatcher hosts a conference, if a conference member hangs up, the system will automatically redial, meaning the user terminal will automatically ring until it is picked up and rejoins the conference.

  Join Conference:When the dispatcher is hosting a conference, if a user calls the dispatcher and the dispatcher answers, the user automatically joins the conference the dispatcher is in; when the dispatcher is hosting a conference, if the dispatcher calls a user and the user answers, they automatically join the conference the dispatcher is in.

  Exit Conference:When the dispatcher is hosting a conference, the dispatcher can exit the current conference and initiate other individual or group calls; when the dispatcher is hosting a conference, directly clicking a conference member's button allows that member to exit the current conference.

3)  Program-Controlled Switching Function

  Intra-Office Call:

Intra-office users can use equal or unequal numbering methods. User numbers can be arbitrarily assigned between 1-20 digits. The system allows up to 100 user prefixes, with each prefix up to 12 digits long. Intra-office users can be ordinary users or dispatch consoles and other terminals.

  Outgoing Call

a)  The system provides various trunk methods such as analog and digital. Trunk directions can be set to outgoing only, incoming only, or bidirectional.
