As an environmental protection device in the machine tool processing industry, industrial oil mist purifiers effectively improve the environment of machining workshops. During the machining process, oil mist, smoke, and dust generated by cutting fluids/cutting oils are collected into the equipment by the oil mist purifier. Through internal filtration and purification treatment, qualified air is discharged. For enterprises, this not only improves the workshop environment and prevents abnormalities in the equipment's electrical system but also avoids occupational diseases and unsafe incidents among employees, reduces employee turnover, and enhances work efficiency.

I. Working Principle:

The dynamic centrifugal technology series of mist, dust, and oil mist purifiers adopt German centrifugal separation technology and are widely used in exhaust gas treatment. When exhaust gas containing mist, dust, or oil mist enters the oil mist purification equipment, a dynamic device inside the equipment rotates at high speed, causing mechanical collisions with large particles of oil mist, oil droplets, dust, mist, and paint residue, which are then captured. Under centrifugal force, these particles are scattered to the surroundings of the device and collected. The captured oil mist, oil droplets, dust, mist, and paint residue flow downward into the collection hopper at the bottom of the equipment.

For hard-to-treat pollutants or high-temperature pollutants, an atomization device is installed at the front end of the equipment. Under the action of dynamic centrifugal force, the mist and pollutants fully react and combine, significantly improving the equipment's treatment efficiency while also serving a cooling function. The purification rate can reach 80-95%.
