【1】The filter, also known as a dirt separator or filtration valve, is an essential device in pipeline systems for conveying media. It is typically installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, or other equipment. Its function is to filter mechanical impurities from the medium, removing substances such as rust, sand particles, and small solid particles in liquids to protect the pipeline components from wear and clogging, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment. When fluid enters the filter cartridge equipped with a specified mesh screen, impurities are trapped, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it, making operation and maintenance extremely convenient.

Features of the Filter:
The filter features advanced structure, low resistance, and convenient drainage. It is suitable for media such as water, oil, and gas. The filter screen can be customized according to customer requirements, with essentially the same external appearance and all internal components made of stainless steel, ensuring durability. The Y-type filter is compact, has fine mesh, low resistance, high efficiency, easy installation and maintenance, low cost, and short drainage time. For small models, drainage takes only 5-10 minutes. The Y-type filter typically has a water mesh of 18-30 mesh/cm², an air mesh of 40-100 mesh/cm², and an oil mesh of 100-480 mesh/cm². Multi-filter (Six-unit Stainless Steel 316L Filter)
