Sterilizing filters are used in hospitals to prevent issues during the use of compressed air. A set of medical sterilizing filters is installed in the system. The end caps of the filter element are made of stainless steel, and the filter element adopts a pleated design to increase the filtration area. The airflow direction of the compressed air is from the outside to the inside through the filter element. The filter element cannot operate under water or oil saturation conditions and must undergo high-pressure steam sterilization before use. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 6 months.

The medical sterilizing filter interface is threaded, made of cast aluminum alloy. The filter is suitable for use in dry air conditions, as any liquid passing through the filter may carry bacteria. A pre-filter should be used together with a 0.01μm filter. All filter models are equipped with a drain valve MDV25.
