The energy feedback type new energy vehicle motor test system is used in the development process of new energy pure electric vehicles to conduct various performance and reliability bench tests on various types of permanent magnet synchronous motors and their controllers. It can complete the development, matching, calibration, and evaluation research of motor control strategies; it can also be used for functional verification and system development of core components and systems such as drive motors and motor controllers, cooling circulation systems, battery packs and BMS management systems, vehicle controllers VCU, etc. It can meet the steady-state/transient tests, road condition simulation tests, development tests, calibration tests, reliability tests, and other R&D dynamic/steady-state/custom tests of the new energy electric vehicle drive motor system on the test bench.
I. Features:
1. Energy saving: The power output by the motor under test is filtered by the frequency converter and energy feedback unit, then returned to the grid and supplied to the motor under test; (no water cooling required)
2. Four-quadrant operation: It can operate as a generator (load) or as a power machine (drive), both forward and reverse rotation are possible. When operating as a generator (load), it can provide a certain load from zero speed (basically) to peak speed. The loading characteristic is constant torque from zero speed to rated speed, and constant power from rated speed to maximum speed.
3. Constant torque and constant speed: The system can set constant torque tests below the motor's rated speed; constant power tests above the rated speed. The software can automatically display torque-speed curves and efficiency-speed curves.
4. Automatic testing: The load is automatically applied according to the settings, scanning the characteristic curve of the motor from no-load to stall (or set value), and automatically calculating the efficiency platform and feature points.
5. Manual testing: The load is adjusted manually, and data is recorded or collected manually.
6. Automated modularization, convenient operation and maintenance, fast dynamic response, good stability, convenient and fast data acquisition and storage.
