Pressure head measuring instrument

The digital intelligent pressure head measuring instrument is primarily developed for testing needs in the pump industry. It can be used in conjunction with pressure sensors as a secondary instrument for testing pressure head. The Pressure Head Measuring Instrument offers high detection accuracy, rapid real-time response, and a simple operating interface.

This instrument employs a 16-bit Σ-Δ AD converter and a highly stable reference voltage, paired with a CPU and optocoupler isolation that offer strong anti-interference capabilities. Utilizing various technologies such as software and hardware zero adjustment, it boasts high accuracy, fast real-time response, and ease of operation.

The Pressure Head Measuring Instrument features two input channels, compatible with 4–20mA pressure sensors, allowing simultaneous measurement of two pressure paths. The pressure display unit can be switched via the keyboard, displaying in megapascals (MPa) and meters (m).

The instrument is equipped with an RS232 serial standard interface for communication with computers.
