Insulation Withstand Voltage Resistance Turn-to-Turn Tester

Insulation Withstand Voltage Tester can perform quality inspection testing and quality control for the complete motor unit. The system uses an industrial computer for centralized control, completing all test items with a single wiring connection, and automatically analyzes, judges, records, stores, and prints the test results (printer to be provided by the purchaser). All user parameters can be preset for recall during testing.

I. Test Items: DC low resistance, insulation resistance, electrical strength (leakage current test), interturn impulse test.

1. DC Resistance: Measures the line resistance between the three-phase windings of the product(UV, VW, UW).

2. Insulation Resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between the main coil and the iron core of the product.

3. Electrical Strength: Measures the leakage current between the main coil and the iron core.

4. Interturn Impulse: Measures the withstand voltage test between layers within the same coil .

5. Power Supply: AC220V±10%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system operating power supply).

6. Operating Environment: Working temperature  0-40 ℃

Working humidity  ≤90%.
