DC Low Resistance Meter

The instrument utilizes high-precision constant current flowing through the device under test and five-terminal measurement to effectively eliminate lead wire errors, making it suitable for high-precision measurements. Additionally, the instrument includes a sorting function, allowing users to directly set resistance upper and lower limits or percentage errors for sorting, significantly improving testing speed for similar products.
