The traction machine brake testing system consists of the tested traction machine, torque and speed sensor, magnetic particle loader, and testing system. It uses magnetic particle (eddy current) braking and employs a torque and speed sensor for traction machine torque testing;

It uses an electrical transducer for elevator traction machine electrical parameter testing to complete voltage measurement, current measurement, power factor measurement, power measurement, efficiency measurement, and frequency measurement;

It uses a digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement; designs elevator traction machine testing software according to user requirements and outputs elevator traction machine test reports.
