New Energy Motor Back-to-Back Test System

The new energy vehicle motor dynamometer test system can meet the performance testing requirements of motors and their controller systems for pure electric passenger and commercial vehicles. The test bench can conduct tests such as conventional performance, external characteristics, efficiency characteristics, and NEDC tests. It can measure parameters such as power, torque, speed, temperature, etc., thereby calculating motor performance parameters and generating relevant curves.

The test bench can perform tests including locked-rotor torque and current, temperature rise tests, continuous electric operation characteristic tests, motor speed tests, motor overspeed tests, and regenerative operation characteristic tests. Additionally, the test bench can feed the electricity generated during testing back to the company's grid via a frequency conversion system.

The new energy vehicle motor dynamometer test system adopts a modular and integrated design, with an ergonomic operation interface. It supports two modes of control, and the drive and loading systems are provided by the customer as the test specimens.

The system consists of three main parts: the mechanical system, the simulation support system, and the electrical and software systems.

Mechanical System: Comprises the overall platform, quick clamping system, shaft connection components, and other equipment.

Simulation Support System: Includes environmental chambers, temperature control systems, and other equipment.

Electrical System: Consists of bidirectional drive DC power supplies, sensors (torque, speed, current, voltage, vibration, temperature) for real-time data acquisition, data collection systems, current sensor collection, electrical parameter measurement devices, alert systems, and other equipment.

Software System: The host computer test software is divided into data acquisition communication modules, data acquisition setup modules, real-time data exchange control modules, and data processing modules. The host computer performs functions such as test control, data analysis and display, data recording and export based on the test items.
