Dynamometer Controller Measuring Instrument

Dynamometer controller, compatible with magnetic powder dynamometers, hysteresis dynamometers, and eddy current dynamometers. It connects to measure motor speed, torque, output power, and efficiency, and can be linked to a power meter to test motor characteristics.

All parameters of the instrument are digitally displayed, providing intuitive, accurate measurements, and high efficiency. It can be connected to a computer, allowing test data to be plotted into reports and curves via the computer, significantly reducing manual labor.

II. Main Features

1) Suitable for testing motor speed, torque, output power, and efficiency.

2) Equipped with a five-window LED digital display, simultaneously showing speed, torque, output power, efficiency, and the last window indicating excitation current (range 0–2A displayed with a pointer).

3) The excitation current of the dynamometer (i.e., the test motor load) can be adjusted via the excitation adjustment knob on the front panel.

4) The dynamometer load can be adjusted manually or via computer.

5) Equipped with a serial RS232 interface for connection to a computer.

6) Wide testing range: speed 0–30,000 rpm, torque 10 mN–200 N·m.
