Motor Stator Testing System

The motor stator testing system adopts an industrial control computer for centralized control. All test items can be completed with a single wiring connection, enabling rapid detection of parameters required by national and enterprise mandatory inspections (including power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, rotor rotation direction, etc.). It features fast testing speed, high accuracy, ease of use, and excellent reliability. The system automatically analyzes and judges test results, while also providing functions such as statistics, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be preset for use during inspection.

I. Main Features
1、Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor rotation direction test, inductance test
2、DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor windings

3、Insulation Resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between the phase lines and the casing
4、Inter-turn Test: Detects inter-turn or inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and turn count deviations in motor or transformer coils

5、Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the leakage current between the stator windings and the casing under programmed voltage control; allows computer-controlled voltage adjustment
6、Motor Rotation Direction: Determines the direction of magnetic field rotation

7、Inductance Test: Measures the inductance of the motor coils

8、Power Supply:AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system operating power)
9、Operating Environment: Working temperature 0~40 ℃
10、Working humidity ≤70%
11、All tests completed in a single clamping.
12、All testing processes are controlled by a microcomputer.
