Eddy Current Dynamometer Product Introduction:
The eddy current dynamometer is suitable for torque and power measurement of high-speed, high-power mechanical equipment, particularly for simulation life tests and temperature rise tests of power machinery, such as series-wound motors, power tools, and high-power motors.
● Conventional eddy current dynamometer torque range: 0.1~200N.m, speed 0~30000r/min
High-torque eddy current dynamometer torque range: 200~5000N.m, speed 0~7000r/min

Eddy Current Dynamometer Applications:
1. Conventional eddy current dynamometer is suitable for: single-phase asynchronous motors (washing machine motors, range hood motors, fan motors, air conditioner motors, compressor motors), shaded pole motors, DC motors, series-wound motors, power tools, three-phase motors, synchronous motors, speed control motors, stepper motors, wiper motors, window lift motors, automotive heater motors, motorcycle starter motors, etc.
2. High-torque eddy current dynamometer is suitable: for coal mine motors, various large motors (200KW~500KW)
The eddy current dynamometer is currently the most advanced loading and power measurement equipment in China, primarily used to measure the mechanical performance of various power devices.
I. Principle:
The eddy current dynamometer consists of an inductor (rotor), armature and excitation winding, torque and speed sensors, base plate, etc. When the inductor is driven to rotate by the prime mover, the air gap magnetic flux density changes with the rotation of the inductor, generating eddy current electromotive force and producing eddy currents. The magnetic field generated by these eddy currents interacts with the air gap magnetic field, producing a braking torque. By adjusting the excitation current of the stator, the torque of the tested power machine can be regulated.
II. Features:

III. Main Performance:

Speed measurement accuracy: ±1r/min
2. Test data are digitally displayed and can be sent to a computer for sampling, curve plotting, and printing;
3. Utilizes high-precision load sensors; features good stability and long service life;
4. High overall sensitivity, stable load torque, and good test repeatability;
5. Load magnitude can be controlled simply by adjusting the excitation current;
6. Software is easy to operate and learn, supporting manual, automatic, fixed-point test modes; test results can be compared via curves, and data can be imported into Word and Excel;
7. DC electrical parameter tester has multiple ranges (auto-switching) to meet the testing needs of both high-power and small-power motors;
8. The dynamometer's three-dimensional adjustment table facilitates motor installation and enables quick clamping.
IV. System Functions:
1. Motor switch operations can be controlled via computer;
2. The system supports manual and automatic test modes (this mode can operate without computer connection); the entire process can be implemented on the display control unit of the control cabinet; data can be locked for manual recording;
3. The system features an automatic test mode: the load is automatically applied according to settings, scanning the characteristic curve of the motor from no-load to stall (or set value);
4. The system features a fixed-point test mode: after the motor starts, the load automatically adjusts to the set value and operates stably at that set point;
5. Test results: motor test data are displayed in report or curve form, can be printed and saved, allowing easy reopening for curve query; curve coordinate parameters (abscissa and ordinate) can be modified;
6. Each motor's curves are of two types: real curves and fitted curves (i.e., curves where all data have been averaged); the color of each motor's test curve can be modified, and both types of curves can be printed.
