Motor Type Test System

  The motor type test system is mainly suitable for type tests of various motors such as asynchronous, synchronous, and DC motors. The system mainly includes test power supply, load device, control system, measurement unit, and data analysis management software.

I. Main Functions

Provides adjustable test power supply and load for the motor under test, completes automatic collection and processing of data such as voltage, current, power, winding resistance, speed, torque, temperature, etc., during the motor type test; can track and display various characteristic curves at any time during the test, and output complete characteristic curves immediately after the test; automatically generates high-quality test reports, users can edit test report templates and design report formats themselves.

 The test software is independently developed by our company, using structured and efficient programming language, integrating data collection and processing. The software system features easy operation, comprehensive functions, clear prompts, high test accuracy, automatic judgment of test conclusions, and comprehensive fault self-diagnosis and protection functions.

II. Test Items

1、The system can transmit all test data to the computer, draw corresponding curves, and has storage and printing functions.

2、The system is equipped with a full set of Simplified Chinese software, capable of creating motor type test report forms and graphs.

3、No-load test: no-load voltage, current, power.

4、Load test: load voltage, current, power, output torque, speed, power.

5、Locked-rotor test: load voltage, current, power, output torque, speed, power.
