Motor Factory Online Test Bench

Motor factory online test bench, uses an industrial control computer for centralized control, completing all test items with a single wiring connection. It integrates multiple measurement functions including power frequency withstand voltage, ground resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. It features fast testing speed, high precision, convenient operation, and excellent reliability, automatically analyzing and judging test results. It also includes functions such as statistics, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be preset for use during inspection.

I. Main Features
1、Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, locked-rotor test
2、DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of motor windings

3、Insulation Resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between phase lines and the casing
4、Inter-turn Test: Detects inter-turn or inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and winding count deviations in motors or transformers

5、Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the leakage current between stator windings and the casing, with programmable withstand voltage and computer-controlled voltage regulation
6、No-load Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under no-load conditions (suitable for single and three-phase)
7、Locked-rotor Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during locked-rotor conditions (motor instant start, suitable for single and three-phase)
8、Power Supply: AC220V±15％，50Hz±2 Hz (system operating power)
