Traction motor stator testing system

Elevator Traction Machine Motor Stator Testing System Overview:
The traction machine testing system uses a Pentium-level industrial computer for centralized control. All test items can be completed with a single wiring connection, and the test results are automatically analyzed, judged, counted, stored, and printed (printer to be provided by the buyer). All user parameters can be preset for invocation during testing.
Test Items: DC Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Electrical Strength, Inter-turn Test, Thermistor
1、DC Resistance: Measure the resistance of each motor winding.
2、Insulation Resistance: Measure the insulation resistance between the stator windings and the iron core.
3、Electrical Strength: Withstand voltage test between the main coil and the iron core, and between the main coil and the thermal switch.
4、Inter-turn Test: Measure the inter-turn performance of the winding coils.
5、Thermistor: Measure the resistance value of the thermistor.
5、Power Supply:AC220V±10％，50Hz±2 Hz（System operating power）
6、Operating Environment: Operating Temperature 0~40 oC

Traction Motor Stator Test Bench Test Item Functions
1、 Resistance Measurement:
Three-phase:AB line resistance,AC line resistance,BC line resistance,judgment of three-phase resistance imbalance with prompts, adjustable measurement time (1-99 seconds).
2、 Withstand Voltage Measurement:
Measure the leakage current between the winding and the iron core, adjustable measurement time （1-99seconds).
3、 Insulation Measurement:
Insulation resistance between coil-iron core, adjustable measurement time (1-99seconds).
4、 Inter-turn Measurement:
Three-phase:AB phase,AC phase,BC phase inter-turn insulation performance, adjustable measurement time (1-99 seconds).
5、Thermistor Resistance Measurement: Adjustable measurement time (1-99 seconds), measure the resistance value of the thermistor.
6、Thermistor Withstand Voltage Test: Withstand voltage test between the main coil and the thermal switch, adjustable measurement time (1-99 seconds)
Traction Motor Stator Test Bench Testing Process:
1、Start Method: The software is divided into hardware start and software start.
2、Automatic Testing Process: Test according to the set sequence and set time.
3、Flexible adjustment of measurement sequence, measurement time, and number of measurement items is possible.
Default measurement sequence: DC resistance/thermistor/insulation resistance//motor inter-turn/withstand voltage leakage current. The test sequence can be adjusted or set to skip certain tests .
