The FK108 Rapid Crude Oil Moisture Analyzer is a specialized instrument designed for rapid moisture content detection in laboratory sample testing. II. Measurement Process

● Start the measurement by placing the sample bucket (commonly used oilfield sampling buckets are suitable). The sensor automatically locates the liquid level of the sample and performs a layer-by-layer scan, analyzing the transition zone and transition layer until reaching the bottom of the sample cup. Simultaneously, the "Moisture Scan Curve" on the interface begins to plot automatically. The sensor stops moving when it detects the bottom of the sample cup and processes the data collected during the downward scan.

● After processing the data from the downward scan, the sensor automatically moves upward to perform another round of analysis and calculation.

● Once the automatic measurement is complete, the display screen shows the moisture curve (mass moisture content and volume moisture content) for user observation. The sensor resets to its initial position (the entire measurement process takes within 2 minutes).

● Press the button to save the measurement data. Saved data can be viewed in the history records (up to 500 entries can be saved). Measurement results can be exported via USB or transmitted to an upper computer via communication.
