DB-ZK-10 Fully Automatic Timed Quantitative Electric Multi-Point Grease Pump

Overview
The DDB multi-point electric grease pump is suitable for centralized grease lubrication of standalone machinery in industries such as metallurgy, mining, forging, petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, and gas generators. When used in conjunction with a plate-type oil feeder, it can supply more lubrication points for larger units. The use of a multi-point grease pump ensures safety and reliability, extends equipment service life, improves the working environment, simplifies maintenance tasks, and saves labor and oil.
Instructions for Use
1. The total weight of the pump is 42–80 kg, and the oil tank capacity is 8–30 L.
2. The pump has a wide range of applications for lubricating greases. Depending on the requirements of the equipment being lubricated, greases such as ZG-1 to ZG-3 or ZN-2 to ZN-3 can be used as the lubricating medium. However, regardless of the type of grease used, its penetration must not be less than 220–250.

3. Before use, install the pump in a suitable location on the equipment (it can also be placed directly on the ground). Fill the oil tank with grease and compact it. Connect the oil lines from the pump to the lubrication points of the equipment. After connecting the power supply, the pump will start working. During operation, the grease level in the tank must not fall below one-third of the tank capacity. Otherwise, air may be drawn in, causing the oil outlets to stop discharging grease. In such cases, promptly bleed the air.
4. The pump supplies oil 24 times per minute per nozzle, with each supply amounting to 0.5 ml. When refilling the oil tank, ensure cleanliness and strictly prevent contamination by foreign objects.
5. The rotation direction of the pump must follow the arrow indicated on the pump. Otherwise, it will not supply oil.
6. The nozzle check valve uses a plunger mechanism. If fewer than 20 lubrication points are needed, unscrew the unused nozzles, remove the spring and small plunger, then rotate the large plunger sleeve’s oil suction hole to align with the pump body’s oil suction hole. Reinsert the small plunger and spring, and tighten the nozzle. Do not block the nozzle, as this may cause the motor to overload, leading to pump body rupture, motor damage, and overall machine failure.
