Steel-Plastic Lined Storage Tanks and Reaction Equipment Series: Steel-plastic lining (tortoise shell lining; a combination of steel, mesh, and plastic) is one of the steel-plastic composite product series. It involves welding a steel mesh (tortoise shell) to the inner surface of the steel body, using polyethylene as the raw material, and employing rotational molding lining technology (rotomolding technology) to integrally form it on the steel surface in one go. Since the steel mesh and polyethylene are integrated and the steel mesh is welded to the inner surface of the steel body, it is difficult for the polyethylene to detach from the steel surface. Thus, it is an ideal and practical anti-corrosion product. The inner lining surface is smooth, even, and sturdy, offering superior corrosion resistance, leak-proof performance, non-peeling properties, and a long service life compared to traditional steel-plastic lined sheet storage tanks and steel-fiberglass reinforced plastic storage tanks. It is an ideal storage and transportation container for corrosive liquids and can be applied to automotive transport tanks, pipelines, low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reaction kettles, ion exchange columns, pickling tanks, sedimentation tanks, neutralization tanks, electroplating tanks, and pickling tanks operating below 90°C.
