I. Seamless Plastic PE Storage Tank Series: This series of products uses the company's proprietary PE formula as raw material and is manufactured through a rotational molding process for one-time integral molding. These plastic storage tanks and containers are produced without any additives or plastic fillers, entirely made from the company's PE (LLPE, HDPE) materials. More importantly, from the tank body to the inlet/outlet ports, manholes, flanges, etc., everything is integrally molded in one go without any welding seams. As a result, the storage tanks feature no welding seams (the tank body, inlet/outlet ports, and flanges are all integrally molded without seams or welding, reducing chemical liquid leakage issues), no leakage, lightweight, aging resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to extreme cold and low temperatures, among other characteristics, resulting in a longer service life under natural conditions.
Special Reminder for Purchasing Polyethylene Storage Tanks: We have repeatedly emphasized this many times, but some users still prefer to go for cheaper options. As the saying goes, "cheap is not good, and you get what you pay for." The key quality issue with polyethylene storage tanks is whether the tank body, inlet/outlet ports, level gauge ports, flanges, manholes, etc., are integrally molded in one go without welding. Due to the poor welding performance of polyethylene, the welding strength cannot meet the usage requirements. Inlet/outlet ports that are added later (threaded method) or welded later (hot melt method) cannot meet the requirements for chemical non-leakage, dripping, or seepage. II. Steel-Lined Plastic PE Storage Tank and Reactor Series: Steel-lined plastic (tortoise shell lining—steel, mesh, plastic combined into one) is a series of steel-plastic composite products. It involves welding a steel mesh (tortoise shell) to the inner surface of the steel body, using PE as the raw material, and applying rotational lining technology (rotational molding technology) to integrally mold it onto the steel surface in one go. Since the steel mesh (tortoise shell) and PE are integrated and the steel mesh is welded to the inner surface of the steel body, it is difficult for the PE to detach from the steel surface. This makes it an excellent corrosion-resistant product. The inner lining surface of the product is smooth, sturdy, and even. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic plate storage tanks and steel-lined fiberglass storage tanks, it offers better corrosion resistance, no leakage, no peeling, wear resistance, and a longer service life. It is an ideal storage and transportation container for corrosive liquids and can also be used for automotive transport tanks, pipelines, low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reaction tanks, mixing tanks, ion exchange columns, pickling tanks, sedimentation tanks, neutralization tanks, electroplating tanks, extraction equipment, marine transport tanks, environmental protection equipment, etc., at temperatures below 90°C.
