Refined Rice Bran Wax

Physiological Function: This product is one of the natural plant waxes. Rice bran oil contains about 3% wax oil, which is refined through processes such as impurity removal, de-oiling, degumming, and decolorization.

This product can be used as a substitute for insect wax and carnauba wax. Main applications include:

• Used as the main raw material for extracting high-carbon fatty alcohols (C22-C38 alkanols).
• Used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
• Used as a spray preservative for fruits and vegetables to improve storage quality and appearance. Also used as a food additive in food packaging, chewing gum, and bubble gum.
• Manufacturing high-grade shoe polish, floor wax, and polishing wax for furniture, automobiles, and equipment, as well as leather finishing agents.
• Manufacturing high-quality printing ink, carbon paper ink, and stencil paper. Used as a paper finishing agent and paper product additive for glazed paper and coated paper.
• Manufacturing oil agents and emulsions for fiber processing to enhance the softness, smoothness, and gloss of textile products.
• Used as a plasticizer, stabilizer, and lubricant for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Also used as an excellent heat-resistant thickener for petroleum and lubricants.
• Used as electrical insulation material.
