I. Refrigerated Air Dryer:
A refrigerated air dryer (also known as a cold dryer) uses physical principles to reduce the moisture in compressed air below the dew point, expelling water from the air to obtain drier air. Simply put, it cools the air to separate water. However, limited by the freezing point of water, the dew point temperature of a refrigerated air dryer can theoretically approach 0°C but cannot reach 0°C. After treatment by a refrigerated air dryer, the pressure dew point typically ranges from 2–10°C. The water removal efficiency reaches 99.44%.
