ADH-015 Micro-Heat Adsorption Dryer operates on the principle of using molecular sieve for gas purification to remove saturated water vapor from compressed air by leveraging the difference in volume between water molecules and air molecules. It easily adsorbs water molecules within the molecular sieve granules and then uses a regeneration method to restore the molecular sieve, renewing its water absorption capacity. Simply put, it achieves drying through the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When the inlet temperature of the adsorption dryer is 2°C, using molecular sieve as the adsorbent, the dew point of the compressed air can reach even lower temperatures. Generally, adsorption dryers are categorized into heatless regeneration adsorption dryers and micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryers. The dew point of heatless regeneration is higher than that of micro-heat regeneration, with heatless regeneration typically around -20°C and micro-heat capable of reaching -40°C. This meets the requirements for the vast majority of equipment air usage.

1. FD full series micro-heat dryers are equipped with a regeneration flow measurement and control device. Only precise regeneration flow can ensure thorough regeneration.
2. FD micro-heat dryers utilize a highly efficient electric heater developed through R&D. The precise design ensures that the regeneration gas requiring heating fully contacts the heater for heat exchange without blind spots, making efficiency far superior to competitors using U-type heating tubes. The heating tubes are made of high-temperature resistant 321 stainless steel, which is the core technology that makes Xinlong heaters less prone to damage. The entire series of heaters feature dry-burn protection. If gas fails to enter the dryer or the regeneration gas volume is low with low pressure, the protection system immediately detects and signals to protect the heater, preventing damage from dry-burning.
3. FD has always focused on the nitrogen and oxygen generation air separation industry, as well as energy-saving retrofitting for air compressors, with particular emphasis on stability and large flow with ultra-low pressure drop. Valves below DN50 are fully stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valves (high-frequency valves for nitrogen and oxygen generation), with a lifespan of at least 5 years. The solenoid valves use Airtac valve bodies with imported coils from the Italian brand AMISCO. They fully meet the high-frequency valve and control requirements of the air separation industry, offering an exceptionally long service life.
4. The adsorption tanks and pipelines of FD dryers are automatically welded and treated with shot blasting and sandblasting processes, ensuring strong paint adhesion.
