ADH-020 Micro-Heat Adsorption Dryer operates on the principle of utilizing the difference in volume between water molecules and air molecules. It employs a gas purification molecular sieve to remove saturated water vapor from compressed air, easily adsorbing water molecules within the molecular sieve particles. The molecular sieve is then regenerated to restore its water-absorbing capacity. In simple terms, it achieves drying through the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When the inlet air temperature of the adsorption dryer is 2°C, using molecular sieve as the adsorbent, the dew point of the compressed air can reach even lower temperatures. Adsorption dryers are generally categorized into two types: heatless regeneration adsorption dryers and micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryers. The dew point of heatless regeneration is higher than that of micro-heat regeneration, with heatless regeneration typically around -20°C, while micro-heat regeneration can achieve -40°C, meeting the requirements for most equipment air usage.

The heating tubes are made of high-temperature resistant 321 stainless steel, which is the core technology ensuring the durability of Xinlong heaters. The entire series of heaters are equipped with dry-burn protection. If gas fails to enter the dryer or the regeneration gas volume is low with low pressure, the protection system immediately detects and signals to protect the heater, preventing damage from dry-burning.

FD has always focused on the nitrogen and oxygen generation air separation industry, as well as energy-saving modifications for air compressors, with particular emphasis on stability and large flow with ultra-low pressure drop. Valves below DN50 are fully stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valves (high-frequency valves for nitrogen and oxygen generation), with a lifespan of at least 5 years. The solenoid valves feature Airtac valve bodies with imported coils from the Italian brand AMISCO. They fully meet the high-frequency valve and control requirements of the air separation industry, offering an exceptionally long lifespan.
