iHeir-JS Anti-Mold Agent for Glue

iHeir-JS is a fungicide and bactericide suitable for latex paints, polymer emulsions, pigment pastes, and various water-based coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi during the production and storage of printing inks and other water-containing organic products.

iHeir-JS has been widely used for the preservation and sterilization of bulk stored emulsions. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the registration of iHeir-JS as an in-can bactericide for water-based paints and coatings. Extensive laboratory tests and practical applications have demonstrated that iHeir-JS exhibits excellent bactericidal and preservative functions for acrylics, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene butyl esters, and other copolymers, and it has outstanding compatibility with both organic and inorganic components in these products.

Recommended Usage of iHeir-JS

1. iHeir-JS is supplied in liquid form, making it easy to mix. Tests have shown that the bactericidal and preservative effects of iHeir-JS are not affected by different points of addition. iHeir-JS can be added directly during the grinding or paint mixing process. To ensure uniform dispersion after adding iHeir-JS, the emulsion and water-based paint should be thoroughly stirred (recommended addition ratio: 1.0 - 2.0%).

Proper use of iHeir-JS offers the following advantages over other bactericides:

• Broad-spectrum bactericidal action: It can simultaneously inhibit bacteria (including Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria) and fungi (such as yeasts and molds).

• Low cost: The effective use concentration is lower than that of most bactericidal preservatives on the market, and it is easy to use.

• At recommended usage concentrations, it does not contain formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing compounds.

• Excellent physical and chemical compatibility with finished products.

• Low effective active concentration, environmentally friendly.
