Multifunctional Bubble-Type Wood Mildew Preventative

Product Introduction:

1. It can be widely used in various production methods, such as batch and continuous processes, with minimal changes to the process and production equipment.

2. It is a non-leaching treatment agent that does not seep, migrate, or get consumed by microorganisms, providing durability to the substrate surface.

3. It employs a unique mechanical sterilization method, avoiding the issue of drug resistance (unlike typical leaching-type chemical sterilization, which can lead to drug resistance).

4. It possesses the property of forming chemical bonds at room temperature, making it effective even with spraying methods, and remains stable under high temperatures.

Main Applications:

Suitable for preventing insects and mold in bamboo products, as well as items made of wood, rattan, miscanthus, palm, grass, etc. Roofing materials (such as roof panels, roof pillars, shingles, lumber). Widely used for the protection of outdoor bamboo and wood houses, wooden floors, outdoor wooden fences, wooden structures, wooden carvings, and wooden crafts.

Product Instructions:

1. To ensure the anti-mold and anti-insect effects on bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products after treatment, immerse them in iHeir-JP solution until their weight increases by 15%-20% (approximately 5–10 minutes). Note: Prepare the soaking solution at a ratio of 1:20 (5Kg wood preservative : 100Kg water).
2. Fully submerge bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products in the prepared solution (do not expose to air). After achieving a 15%-20% weight increase, remove and drip dry, then air-dry or sun-dry before packaging and storage.
3. For spraying, dilute at a ratio of 1:15 with water, mix thoroughly, and apply directly to the surface of bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products using a spray or brush. Ensure the agent fully covers the wood surface.
4. The prepared solution is stable and can be reused without disposal. However, if the solution cannot fully submerge the bamboo or wood products, replenish it promptly by preparing additional solution at the specified ratio.
5. For bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products with surface coatings (e.g., varnish or paint), after the above treatment, add iHeir-YQ paint mildew inhibitor to the coating for significantly enhanced results.

Packaging and Storage: 25Kg/drum. Store in a dry, dark place; valid for 3 years.

Precautions: This product has a high solid content. Some individuals may experience skin contact allergies. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves during use.
