Anti-Mold Patch Product Overview:

During the sales and transportation of products such as leather, clothing, furniture, household items, crafts, light industrial goods, and food, mold growth is a major concern due to regional climate influences. Traditionally, desiccants were placed inside packaging, or customers specified the use of imported anti-mold strips and other common anti-mold agents made by soaking silica gel in chemical solutions. Desiccants create a dry environment by absorbing moisture with materials like silica gel, thereby preventing mold. However, since product packaging is not airtight and contains significant moisture, desiccants can only absorb a small amount of water and cannot inhibit mold growth.

Although other common anti-mold agents are cheaper than imported anti-mold strips, their effectiveness is not significant. The anti-mold patch is a high-tech product developed by IHAOER. It has applied for multiple invention patents both domestically and internationally. Its anti-mold mechanism involves the KL sublimation agent, which sublimates at room temperature to release WASAOURO into the environment, killing molds such as Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Mucor, and creating an environment unsuitable for mold growth. The anti-mold effect is highly noticeable during the protection period.

Usage Instructions:

1. Place the anti-mold patch inside the product packaging box at the same time the product is packed, and the box should be quickly placed into the outer carton.

2. Damaged or damp outer cartons may affect the anti-mold effectiveness of this agent. For long-distance transportation where rain exposure is a concern, a plastic bag should be added inside the carton for protection.

3. Within 72 hours after the packaging box is sealed in the carton, the anti-mold patch will have destroyed and eliminated the mold inside, creating a sterile environment within the carton. This effect can be maintained for over 6 months before opening.

4. This product is highly irritating; ensure adequate ventilation in the workspace during use.

5. Avoid contact with eyes and nose to prevent excessive irritation; if accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.

6. The shelf life of this anti-mold patch is 1 year. Store in a dry, ventilated, low-temperature area away from fire sources.
