I. Overview of Test Corner:
Temperature Rise Test Corner is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB19510.1-2009 and the thermal test requirements specified in Section 5.5 of IEC61347-1:2007. The test corner is primarily used to provide an environment that meets standard requirements for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electronic products. Custom test corners with different distribution specifications, numbers of temperature measurement points, and dimensions can be produced based on the actual test samples.

III. Equipment Installation and Debugging
1. Installation Conditions
The test corner should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 25°C (recommended), no significant air flow, away from heat radiation, and humidity of 40%-70% RH.
After placement, secure the two casters.
Installation distance from the wall: 100mm is advisable.
2. Equipment Debugging
Confirm whether the test environment meets the requirements.
Connect the thermocouples in sequence, wait for 15 minutes, with a maximum temperature difference of 1.5 degrees.
Note: Due to thermal balance reasons during the first installation, the maximum temperature difference may be larger.
3. Equipment Usage
Depending on the test sample, the testing approach may vary slightly. Please refer to the relevant standards.
Generally, when placing the test sample, pay attention to the following issues:
1. Consider the normal usage state;
2. Consider the most unfavorable heat dissipation state;
3. For some products, the supply voltage can be increased.
4. For special requirements, please refer to the relevant standards.Test the highest temperature rise point.
