I. Product Introduction:

Principle of Temperature Calibration Device:

1. Standard requires a temperature measurement copper block for 20mm flame: weight (before drilling): 1.76±0.01g

Diameter: 5.50mm±0.01;

2. For 125mm flame: weight (before drilling): 10±0.01g

Diameter: 9.00mm±0.01

3. Thermocouple Φ 0.5mm K-type, imported insulated high-temperature resistant armored thermocouple

Armored sheath heat resistance 1100°C (better than standard 1050°C)

4. Time for 20mm flame to rise from 100°C to 700°C: 44±2S

5. Time for 125mm flame to rise from 100°C to 700°C: 54±2S

6. Flame temperature calibration operations are fully completed on the touch screen

II. Technical Parameters:

1. Temperature meter: 1s ~ 999.9s (digital display preset)

2. Time meter: 1s ~ 999.9s (digital display preset)

3. Imported thermocouple: K-type imported insulated high-temperature resistant armored thermocouple, adjustable continuously within 0~1000°C range, temperature measurement accuracy ±10°C;

4. For use with horizontal and vertical combustion testers: equipped with φ5.5mm, 1.76±0.01g or φ9mm, 10.00±0.05g standard copper head;
