Horizontal Vertical Flame Tester

1. The horizontal and vertical flammability tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of standards such as GB/T2408-2021, IEC60950-1, UL94, IEC60707, IEC60695-2-2, GB5169, and ISO1210. It is used to determine the extent of damage to the sample, as well as the linear burning rate and after-flame/after-glow time. It is used for horizontal and vertical flammability testing of plastic material components in electrical equipment and appliances. The outer shell of the horizontal and vertical flammability tester is made of cold-rolled steel with a painted finish and is equipped with a transparent observation window. The burning, after-flame, and after-glow times are integrated into the touch screen display. This device features an attractive appearance, ease of use, and reliable performance. Test products include: wires and cables, plastic parts on electrical and electronic products, engineering plastics, rubber materials, and other flame retardancy tests.

2. The intelligent type adopts touch screen (7-inch color screen) + PLC + dedicated software control, and is equipped with an electronic remote control for operation.

3. Configured with a gas cylinder base cabinet, the base cabinet's appearance style is consistent with the main unit, and the base cabinet height is approximately 500mm.

4. The burner position is electrically controlled and adjusted, with automatic timing and positioning for convenient operation.

5. Equipped with a highly sensitive combustible gas leakage alarm device, which automatically alarms in case of gas leakage.

6. The burner torch can be moved up or down incrementally, allowing easy adjustment of the distance between the torch and the sample.

7. Equipped with a dedicated exhaust system to automatically discharge waste gas.

9. Thermocouple for temperature calibration verification: Ø0.5mm, K-type, imported insulated high-temperature resistant armored thermocouple;

10. Test time and holding time: 1s ~ 999.9s (set via touch screen);

11. Number of repeated ignitions: 1 ~ 9999 times (set via touch screen);

12. Equipped with an automatic ignition device for convenient automatic testing;

13. The product series comes standard with a gas leakage alarm device, ensuring safety and reliability.
